Abstract

La construcción de nuevas infraestructuras de transporte supone una alteración de las condiciones de accesibilidad, ofreciendo nuevas potencialidades para el desarrollo regional. Algunas comarcas granadinas verán modificadas sus condiciones actuales tras la puesta en servicio de varios tramos de la A-7 (Autovía del Mediterráneo) y la A-44 (Bailén-Motril). El objetivo de este estudio es la proposición de posibles escenarios que cuantifiquen estas potencialidades. Mediante la elaboración de un modelo de accesibilidad y a partir de la sistematización de otras variables que condicionan la ocupación del suelo, se pretende determinar la localización de aquellos suelos potencialmente más aptos para acoger nuevos crecimientos urbanos y modelizar su evolución en el tiempo. El método de evaluación y decisión multicriterio elegido para la modelización es el denominado Proceso Analítico Jerárquico (AHP)
